aaaaaaaaaaa what a crappy day :( it was soo busy, and quite frankly the stupidity of the department has gone beyond laughable... we work in a HEARING AID DEPARTMENT ... so, please tell me, what is th point of being a HEARING AID DEPARTMENT and failing to order HEARING AIDS?? we have none, ok i lie, we has some, but we have none of the ones the patients actually use ... so i sit all afternoon running a 'repair' clinic and im unable to replace peoples hearing aids to ones the same as they had, or even ones similar to the ones they had .. in fact the ones im exchanging them to look like bricks that weigh ears down .. how nice a is that??? *takes away tiny invisible light hearing aid, hands over (using two hands) new extra head attachment* ..oh yeah and all the messing about involved in that kind of exchange also meant that the clinic was full of people making snidy comment on the 'nurse's' slowness "she must be new" or "slow today" or "crap" or ... you get the idea.... so yeah.. bad day, sorry if i bored you with that...
