had a quiet week so far... monday was aquafit with h and skippy :D which is sooo much fun :) and we also stayed on after the class and did 10 lengths!!! WE RULE!! :)

last night was the designated quiet night of the week :) so i did nowt, had a rest and cuddled the dog and did general bits of fluff :)
