this was an email i sent to tom and skip this morning, am feeling too lazy to post properly so i'll cut and paste it onto here ....

aw i cant wait to do decorating in the house :) ... the gardens are a bit daunting, with there being four decent sized lawns to contend with :s .. might get a pet sheep.

the mortgage meeting went really well, applied for the life and critical illness malarky, let them photocopy a letter they'd lost, gave them the solicitors details and got an update, they were waiting for solicitors details to be able to make the formal offer to us, so hopegully that'll arrive soon *fingers crossed*

got one brilliant piece of advice though, normally your first mortgage payment is like a month and a halfs worth , because of the way they do the maths, but if we move in at the end of a month like 27 - 30th then that wont happen .. something to remember to ask about skip :) save a bit of dosh. so we are either moving in the end of october or end of november, depending on how useful the solicitor and the alliance and liecster are at setting the completion date..
