aaaaaand im back
i was in college last week, hence the lack of general postage....
college was cool and groovy, ive not looked at the assignment yet (too scared in case its too hard ... ) it was a real eye opener for me... its amazing the difference in practices in audiology between all the hospitals in the region, there were soo many arguements over tiny bits of technique that we use everyday in work... ive got the BSA recommended proceedure for audiology now though and im gunna stick to them!!! ... anyhooo...
apart from that ive not really been up to much, it was my brothers birthday on wednesday, he was 31, so i went down to his and surpised visited him after college and gave him his pressy ( atari retro games thing - its much fun ) he liked it so that was kewl :) then on thursday it was Lexy's make-up / reflexology party :) was kewl, i love the Virgin stuff but unfortunatly the only thing i could really afford (a gift box thing i was going to buy for my brothers Jane, was out of stock (always the way innit)
friday night was spent infront of the TV watching Children in Need, which was kewl in its own way - i would of course prefered to be out in town and rediculesly drunk but hey thats life....
on the subject of money ... its christmas soon and im dreading it already. the strain of whose going to turn up and whos not going to be there on christamas day is unbearable, not really for me but watching my parents hearts break as they are let down for the second year in the row by my brother and plus its going to be uncle mike less ... im hoping it will all turn out ok :S *worried*
anyhoo sunday roast time....
