ooo after meeting up with everyone in the swan on friday (which was boss cos ive not seen you all gathered in one place for aaaaaaaaages :) especially after been stuck in the house all week) we went to seee war of the worlds at FACT, it was cool :) made me jump loads and stuff :):):)

back in work today, spent the weekend helping mike out with the car :) *julia the mechanic* ooo and i made a start on emptying years of junk out of my bedroom too!! two bags of stuff for charity :) and a big binbag of trash :) poor mike wasnt the most fun saturday night for him ... lol

had pysio this morning, and i got it again thursday, having a course of trction bed therapy which is boss, dead comfy and weirdly relaxing on the stretchy bed :) but make you ache a bit after .. hopefully it'll rid me of this pain though :)
